Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Ouranos OS(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Platform services are contracted separately

This website describes our platform: websites, dashboards, lead tracking, reputation, analytics, and AI automation for service businesses. Paid services are provided under a separate written agreement (such as a master service agreement and order form) signed by both parties. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for those services.

Two commitments we make in every client agreement are worth stating up front: your website is yours, and your business data (leads, reviews, analytics) is yours. Platform features (the dashboard, automations, and AI tooling) are provided for the duration of an active subscription.

Eligibility

The site and our services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. By using the site you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • submit forms with false information, on behalf of someone who has not authorized it, or in automated bulk;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
  • scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the site for redistribution or to build a competing product;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use our name or brand without permission.

Form submissions and communications

When you submit a form, you ask us to contact you about our services, and you confirm the information you provide is accurate and yours to share. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the site for evaluating and using our services. No other rights are granted. Ownership of client deliverables (such as a website we build for you) is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.

Third-party services

The site and our services rely on third-party providers (such as hosting, payments, email, and SMS). We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to or for their content or policies.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Descriptions of outcomes (leads, rankings, reviews, revenue) illustrate what the platform is designed to do; results depend on your market, your business, and factors outside our control, and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability relating to paid services is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
